GROUP HOME SUPPORT
Community Living
L.I.F.E. Homes provides a participants with development and maintenance of skills related to activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and socialization, through application of formal teaching methods in a licensed community residential setting.
RESPITE CARE SERVICES
Family Support service
L.I.F.E. Homes has short-term care intended to provide both the family and participant in the Family Supports Waivers (FSW) with a break from their daily routines of providing daily caregiving responsibilities, while providing the individual new opportunities, new experiences and facilitating self-determination.
FAMILY AND PEER MENTORING SUPPORTS
Reinforcing our Commitment
L.I.F.E. Home mentors who have the shared experiences as the participant and/or his or her family members and who assist by guiding the participant and/or his family members to navigate informed connections to community resources and to engage in community life.
FISCAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Financial Literacy
L.I.F.E. Homes assists a participant self-directing his or her services with a directed budget by processing and paying invoices for goods and services, tracking and reporting the budget’s disbursements and balances, collecting timesheets and processing support workers’ payroll, withholding, and filing of applicable federal, state and local taxes, providing periodic reports of expenditures and the status of the participant’s budget, and performing other fiscal duties.

Created to fill a community void, L.I.F.E. Homes is purposed to provide participants with housing, financial knowledge, family, peer and empowerment services.
HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED (HCBS) FINAL RULE TRANSITION
The federal Center for Medicare and Medicaid have issued regulations that define the settings in which states are allowed to pay for Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
